What it is
Stim2Go is a wearable programmable stimulator used for transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (tSCS) and functional electrical stimulation (FES). It offers app-based control and uses self-adhesive electrode pads for comfortable, practical use.
How it works
Surface electrodes placed on the skin over the spine deliver electrical stimulation to spinal circuits. This can enhance voluntary movement and reduce spasticity after spinal cord injury. The device can also be used for FES applications. All programmable parameters are set by the treating clinician.
Key features
Stim2Go is controlled and monitored through a dedicated app. It uses self-adhesive electrode pads and is portable enough for home use. Users have access to an online course and video resources to support their understanding and confidence with the device. Remote support is also available.
Specifications
Stim2Go is designed by SensorStim Neurotechnology GmbH in Berlin and manufactured by Pajunk GmbH in Geisingen, Germany. Anatomical Concepts are UK dealers for the device.
Stim2Go is also available as the Stim2Go + Tigo562+ configuration, which supports lower limb FES cycling.
Getting started
The first step is a professional clinical assessment. Anatomical Concepts provides a full service including assessment, device setup, training, and ongoing support.
